Stroller Fitness at BabySteps
Stroller Fitness at BabySteps meets one hour prior to daytime classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Using their child’s stroller for resistance, stability and movement, these cardio and strength training exercises are incorporated to address appropriate exercise during pregnancy along with weight loss following the birth. Having their child within arm’s reach while exercising is convenient and economic (no babysitter needed); it engages their child and allows them to observe their mother in a healthy lifestyle behavior; provides a peer support environment; and it's fun!
